Our aim is:
“To provide services which promote the health and well being of older people and their carers to live independently within the local community”
S.G.N.S. became a Registered Charity in 1994, registration number 1055018 and over the years has developed and become an established organisation in the community it serves. Being located in Swarcliffe Community Centre, along with the Youth Service and Inside Outside Child Care, and other service providers the centre offers an excellent comprehensive community service to people from the local and wider community. Service provision of SGNS offers support, promotes social inclusion, provides information on healthy living and advice on health issues which can promote the independence of older people and their carers to live independently within the local community. Please use the links at the top of this page to learn more about the services we provide.
